What to expect
SessionGauge is still being developed. You may encounter errors, incomplete information, failed reminders, sync delays, or lost records. Features may change or be removed, and updates may be required to continue testing.
Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
Test the app—not your boundaries
You do not need to consume any substance, change medication, or change your usual behavior to participate.
Use fictional test records whenever practical. Do not take substances, combine substances, or increase an amount to test a warning, reminder, or other feature.
Health and safety limitations
SessionGauge is a recording and informational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or establish that a substance, combination, amount, or pattern of use is safe.
Personal Limit notices depend on your settings and recorded information. Missing records or missing warnings do not establish safety. Combination names are descriptive labels, not safety assessments.
Notifications may be delayed or may not arrive. Information shown to a responder may be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on SessionGauge to monitor you, summon help, or replace professional care.
If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services directly. Feedback messages are not monitored for emergencies.
Your information and privacy
SessionGauge can contain sensitive information, including substance-use records, personal reflections, and health-related details.
Review the Privacy Policy before entering personal information. It explains collection, storage, synchronization, and deletion practices. Beta participation does not give us permission to use your sensitive records for unrelated purposes.
Avoid including sensitive records, passwords, or other people’s information in feedback. Crop or redact screenshots before sharing them. If additional diagnostic information is needed, we will explain what we are requesting and why.
Joining the beta does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Sharing feedback
Tell us what you expected, what happened, and which app version you were using. Include the steps that led to the issue when possible.

We may use suggestions to improve SessionGauge. We will ask separately before publishing your name, testimonial, or identifiable screenshots.
Leaving the beta
Participation is voluntary. You can stop testing at any time.
Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information already synchronized to your account. Use the account-deletion process described in the app and Privacy Policy, or contact us for assistance.
Request access
Beta testing is only for adults age 21 or older. Features may fail, information may be incomplete, and records may be lost. Testing does not require substance use or medication changes. SessionGauge does not establish safety or replace medical or emergency care.
Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Any required consent for collecting sensitive information is requested separately, before collection.
Emailing this address asks to be considered. It does not enroll you, and this website does not record agreement.
